About the Journal

The NOUN International Journal of Private and Property Law (NIJPPL) is a departmental academic journal published under the Faculty of Law, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). It serves as a dedicated scholarly platform for advancing research, critical analysis and academic discourse in the broad fields of Private and Property Law, while also welcoming interdisciplinary contributions that engage related areas of legal study.

NIJPPL is committed to promoting high-quality legal scholarship that addresses contemporary legal issues at both national and international levels.
